BaKoMa TeX provides two coexisting user interfaces:
Supported Graphics and Fonts
BaKoMa TeX (in both interfaces) is PostScript enabled TeX system. Postscript enabled means that the system includes built-in Postscript interpreter, providing careful drawing of PostScript graphics (including one embedded into DVI via TeX special's) on display and on (even non-postscript) printers. Also, it provides perfect conversion of any PostScript graphics to output formats such as: PDF, SVG, HTML, and PNG. SVG output lets you to create high quality animated presentations. The system supports usage scalable fonts in modern font formats: OpenType, TrueType (Unicode supported), Postscript Type 1 (including Multiple Masters), and Type 3. BaKoMa TeX Word is built on top of BaKoMa TeX graphic engine and consequently inherits all features related with import graphics, font support, and document export. It supports import of following graphic formats: EPS, PDF, JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, PCX, MSP, BMP, WMF, EMF, FIG, HPGL, and DXY. It includes built-in PostScript interpreter. In BaKoMa TeX 8.0, UTF8 is supported via complete Unicode (there is no restrictions related with current code page). Also, many features in BaKoMa TeX 8.0 internally works via Unicode. It includes spell checker, search, keyboard input, displaying, etc. You can easily switch between encodings (UTF8/ANSI) on the fly without reloading file.
